This program is designed to grow you into a leader, through hands-on learning alongside world-class professionals. You’ll be placed into a function and develop your skills by working on live projects which offer you all the experience you need to become ready for your first leadership role.

About the Programme:

Ø  Leading Live Projects: - You will be expected to manage and lead an EB Project to completion. This may include organization of interbanking and consultancy events where you will have excellent opportunities to network with China professionals from the finance industry. Furthermore this is an great extra curricular opportunity and something unique to place on your CV.

Ø  Mentor with Chinese Professionals in Industry of your Choice (or related): - We understand that looking for a job is hard to find when you do not understand the role. Within EB’s Consultancy & Banking network you will be partnered with professionals in an industry of your preference to help you make an informed decision when deciding your life career!

Ø  Work References at the End of the Programme: - Once you have delivered your project we will provide you references to show the great work you have done. Receiving references from people in the industry you want to get into will help greatly with your job applications!

Ø  CV Clinic: - All our professionals have made it into industry and they can help you perfect your CV!

Ø  EB Networking Events: - EB generally do not allow students in our professional networking events, however because you are part of the EB Team exceptions can be made.

What’s expected of me?

We’ll expect you to manage projects and prioritise a variety of tasks effectively. This means you’ll need to build working relationships with people at all levels of our organisation. Not least, we want you to keep developing new skills and knowledge wherever you find the opportunity.
